About Us
Northbridge Equity, LLC was created by three real estate veterans. They had all tried a number of real estate investment models through the years. Some worked, some didn’t. Most of all, they had friends who had gotten in trouble by not doing enough research on the front end.
To address this need, they started Northbridge Equity as a company that exclusively serves real estate investors. While every investors’ goals and ideas are different, two things are key: (1) Knowing your exit strategy up front and planning accordingly and (2) Buying right: paying the right price for the right property. In real estate investing, paying too much or buying in the wrong neighborhood can kill even the best laid plans. Our goals are to assist you with both.
